Keep your tea in a cool, dry place. Humidity or moisture will grow mold spores on your tea. If your
kitchen gets humid when you cook, then that is not a good place to store your tea. Be sure to use
an airtight container to store your tea, if air stays out, then moisture will stay out as well.
