SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the US and Canada via USPS flat rate boxes.

PROCESSING TIMES 

All orders are processed in the order they were received.  Products are hand-packed fresh at the time your order is received to ensure you are receiving the freshest tea experience possible.  Orders typically take 1-3 business days for processing before being shipped.  Orders are shipped from the New York City area and transit times vary based on the delivery location.

A notification of shipment is sent to the email address you provided with your purchase.  The email you receive will contain a USPS tracking number and can be used to track the delivery of your purchase.

 

SHIPPING LIABILITY

SocieTea 7 will not be responsible for undeliverable packages due to a wrong address or missing information.  Please be sure to provide any additional delivery instructions including apartment number and/or any special instructions for delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us  within 30 days of your purchase.  In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received it.  We will review the issue and respond immediately to rectify the issue.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase date we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

​

All refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Due to COVID regulations, we cannot accept any exchanges on food products.  We encourage purchasing our 20 oz/10 servings (sample size) before buying a larger or bulk size. Also, due to the natural agricultural nature of tea, some seasonal variances in flavor profiles are to be expected.
